I am so thankful for my mom teaching my sister and me the “art” of baking. She was with us for the past week; she made fudge, refused to try the red velvet (it’s her recipe), and said the yellow was REALLY good. She said it has a nice crumb that you only get with baking from scratch. Oh, my apologies to the one who was made to try the peanut butter fudge, even though you don’t like peanut butter. Thank you for humoring my mom. Red velvet is special because it says, “I went the extra mile.” My mom’s is special to me because of the knowledge, time, and talent she poured into us teaching us how to be both creative and skilled. Thankful is what I am, for my God (giving me skill, talent, and passion), my mom (teaching me an outlet for my energy), my husband (for suggesting and following through), my daughter (for leaving what she knows and believing in her mommi), our customers (for trying us out and coming back).
Here is our promise: We will ALWAYS do our best to provide you with the freshest, tastiest, and most enjoyable experience.
